I have ordered for 1ps Dr. Equipment Cooler Stand With Wheels (Metal) (Black) and paid Rs.199/- and my order no is ORDER#7117. but I have not receive my order till date.

After seeing an advertisement on Google search regarding availability of a refurbished samsung mobile, I had placed order online on 19th May 2022.

On clicking the link luxurychoice.in it took me to payment gateway "Razorpay" and I have paid Rs.349.00 through debit card no.******2744 to one Mr. Munjani Prakashbhai Bhagvanbhai and the acknowledgement said your order is confirmed vide order#7549 dated 19th May 2022 at about 5:00 a.m.

I have not received the ordered item as yet. They have posted advertisement of refurbished mobiles and many ready made garments of brand Luxury Choice in the web and I notice that they just collect money from people through debit cards showing the pictures of products in the web and they really don't supply products.

Their address and phone number seem to be wrong which are mentioned as given below in https://www.luxurychoice.in

I ordered used mobile in this website after payment no update and website was closed could not communicate with company. I lost my money with this fraud company.

Now I cannot track my order details and also no updates are available regarding my order on their website. Tried to contact their provided contact number but that didn't connect.

I pay amount but he will not send the product...😭

I have ordered Versace Blue Jeans EDT Perfume For Men through Luxury choice website on 23rd April 2022. I have paid Rs499 for this product. Product not delivered.

Didn’t received any product and money was dedicated by my account. Their mail and contact service are fake and couldn’t contact them for my parcel. Worst 👎❌ plz don’t fool by them and do some research before you order and before pay your money. 🙏

I have ordered a Bath and Body works body mist on 8th of may. Cash has been deducted through CR Marketing. Received a mail only regarding payment and not on order confirmation. It's been 12 days since i ordered and till date haven't received any mail from Luxury choice. Tried calling the contact number they have provided and couldn't reach them. With the help of truecaller ID i came to know its a fraud website which is simply sucking people money. Hope some action will be taken against them strictly so that they will stop this.

I have ordered a Koryo AC on 10.05.2022 on luxury choice website .I have recieved e reciept & order but still I have recieved my product or any delivery news. On 8th of May, 2022 at around 11 p.m. IST, i placed an order on the luxury choice website. I was suprised to face multiple transactional issues with the placement of my order. A little later i checked the email I registered with and noticed quite a few transaction failure notifications and one order confirmation email. I was confused so i instantly emailed [protected]@gmail.com regarding the same (no response yet) and another consumer support email provided by the website, which happened to be invalid. I have also messaged a number which is named "CR MARKETING" provided by the company email, i don't see a reply from that number.
Truly scarring.

I order a desert cooler on 27th April 2022 and the total bill amount is rs.1048.95
There’s is no update nor the product is deliver. I have sent email for update several times yet no response. So I finally sent several emails for a refund and still no reply or response and the product is till not delivery nor any contact from the merchant.
