On 8th of May, 2022 at around 11 p.m. IST, i placed an order on the luxury choice website. I was suprised to face multiple transactional issues with the placement of my order. A little later i checked the email I registered with and noticed quite a few transaction failure notifications and one order confirmation email. I was confused so i instantly emailed [protected]@gmail.com regarding the same (no response yet) and another consumer support email provided by the website, which happened to be invalid. I have also messaged a number which is named "CR MARKETING" provided by the company email, i don't see a reply from that number.
