Luxury Choice — Ordered a Jio Phone from Luxury Choice website and paid Rs. 499/- but the product is not delivered

I, Sabana Parveen resident of Bankura, West Bengal, Pin - 722205 have ordered a Jio Phone and paid Rs. 499 on 17th May 2022 on their website(www.luxurychoice.in). Now I cannot track my order details and also no updates are available regarding my order on their website. Tried to contact their provided contact number but that didn't connect.
