Luxury Choice — Product not deliver and no refund

I order a desert cooler on 27th April 2022 and the total bill amount is rs.1048.95
There’s is no update nor the product is deliver. I have sent email for update several times yet no response. So I finally sent several emails for a refund and still no reply or response and the product is till not delivery nor any contact from the merchant. Below is the few details(emails) that’s I tried contacting them.

Name of the merchant for whom the purchased amount is debited: MITULKUMAR DHIRUBHAI MANGUKIYA
