Hi, i am indrajeet shah from khamgaon, i bought lyf wind 4 handset on 05/07/2016 imei-[protected]. Yesterday my handset suddenly stopped charging and after draining battery it got switched off. Today i went to service center to show this problem. The representative told me to wait for some time. After long time he tells me to go home and will call you whatever repair has to be done. Then he called and told that your pcb or motherboard is damaged, because you tried to pull the battery. But i never tried to pull it as i know it is inbuilt. Then tells me this damage can not be covered in warrenty.and tells me charge of ₹5200 for repair. When i denied he told me that i can manage discount of 30% .when i got there to take my mobile back he gave me mobile back and told me to call of i want to repair it. There is no way i will damage that mobile my self. I know about mobile that much. This happened automatically. This repair must be covered in warrenty.
