Mare pas ek lyf water f1s hai jo ki aaj se 3 mahine pahle kharide hai aur aaj battry aur charger kharab ho gaya hai aur hum lagbhag 1 mahina se service center ka chakkar laga rahe hai lakin service center wala kuch se kuch bahana laga kar na bol de raha hai aur jab bhee jate hai to bolta hai 1 baje ke palhe aana jab 1 baje jate hai to thik karne wala staff nahi aaya hai ye sab bol kr na bol de raha hai hum tang aa chuke lyf ka service center chakkar laga ke

Lyf & jio your service is very bad and very unsattisfied

My mobile is being covered under extended warenty... But they are denying on the ground that its been damaged but actually its outer body is just slighty scuffed from corner.

After using it for 1 year i don't feel k warreny to be denied on this ground.

And my issue with the handset is regarding charging socket... So that minor scuff is nowhere resposible for it.

Hi, may phone lyf water1 has been hanged past 2 days, were i ma not able to communicate anything... All my activities have been stopped due to this, were i used to share the jio net for the laptop.

Same issue was occurred to me 3 time were for each time i have spent almost 1600/ for each service repairs...

So pls suggest i need to get issue resloved asap... But lfy mobile is not worthful

My newphone has hanging problem and incoming phone is on loudspeaker from very 1st day and we went to shopkeeper from where i purchase that shopkeeper said me about delete somedata n reset phone but doesnot happen anything and from 7th day i went to the same shopkeeper and he keeep my phone to sent it to customer care with everything and copy of bill and from 10 days he is not giving any response shop name is g. S duggal and sons, ambala cantt, and he is talking very rudely and not gving any jobrecepit number so please take action against it. Shop workers behave against women is very rude they don;t have manners to talk with women.

Sir, i have lyf water 10, few weeks ago i'm taken my handset from service center after 1 month (3-4 times requesting) of repairing period. Again after some days my handset display not working properly, now i again went to the service center for the display problem, in service center they take my handset and only says parts are not available. For know your mobile repairng date come on after 25 augest (Only come for know when mobile repairing process is start). This is not right way so please provide a date on which my handset is suerly repaired, because my home is so far (18km) from the service center and i'm a student so time is so important for me. It is not fair to visit service center again and again.

I have an lyf flame 7, i bought it for last 9 months, it started problem in working, i contact the service center for the problem of my hand set but the service they provide cannot satisfied me, it started problems within 2-3 days of reparing by the service center and now i again went to the center for the same problem and now they tell that its battery cant work properly so you should buy a new battery.
I request the company to repair my battery but they told me that it is now not in warranty. When it is in warranty they don't do nothing after the warranty finish they find the problem. So i again request the company to repair or give me another handset as possible.

I am facing some problem from date of purchase in this mobile. The Problem in mobile is - Touch issue, Slow processing, Ringtone is Ring only 4 to 5 sec. After ring for 4 to 5 sec. It is silently automaticaly, Heating Problem and accessories problem also. I have already visit in your service center but not give me resolution. I don't want replacement . I want refund.

I bought a mobile lyf water 7 with Jio sim on the date of 1-9-2016. But from the first day I am unable to use phone inside house and outside house. For use I walk 50-60 meter away from my house. Both sim slot not working inside my house showing emergency calls only. Two times I visited Jio care but executive denied and said I have to suffere with this problem. He said that this phone has low band so He can't assist me. Please help me I fully cheated with this phone. I want Jio replace my phone with high band phone or check signal at my home and provide signal booster if need or clear the network problem.

Hi, i am indrajeet shah from khamgaon, i bought lyf wind 4 handset on 05/07/2016 imei-[protected]. Yesterday my handset suddenly stopped charging and after draining battery it got switched off. Today i went to service center to show this problem. The representative told me to wait for some time. After long time he tells me to go home and will call you whatever repair has to be done. Then he called and told that your pcb or motherboard...
