Lyf Mobile — rude behavior and not solving issue

I buy lyf flame 7 on nov 2016. I face charging issue problem. My phone is in warranty. I visit lyf care center - lyf service center, barrel house, ashok park
Address: barrel house, 71-72, ashok park main, rohtak road, new delhi
I wait for one hour for lyf care person. After one hour they do not check my phone just say phone warranty end because phone damaged. And also say phone sahi se use ni karoge to yahi hota. Now i check my phone in private service center they say no damage in phone phone charging jack is not working. Lyf care not solving customer issue
