Lyf Mobile — mobile phone hanging problem

When i first got the phone from flipkart it was working for 2, 3 days after it started to hang even if internal memory was not full. I then told to my friend he reset it then it started performing well. Then again it happened and again i reset it. I did not know much about mobiles as i bought android mobile for first time and then i went to service center they did flashing and said it was software problem and again i went again they said it was software problem. Like this i have visited for 13 times and the issue is not solved as problem is not with software it is with hardware. If ram is faulty then there will be software problem in the mobile phone. They are not replacing or changing mother board as it is costly.
