[Resolved]  M. B India Services — online form filling work home based jobs

I have applied for online data entry jobs with MB INDIAN SERVICES. The work was regarding online form filling of 1500 forms by rs 20 each total of rs 30000 and the work period is 10 days . They call me and says they send me a link into my emails and told click on the link and then automatic generated a OTP, this OTP put down within 10min . i put down the OTP after that they send me a agreement paper in my Email and told me this is the aagreement between us . The date was 24-2-19 as i am a college student and belong to a low income family and was huge need of money. But when i started the work and searched about the company online, i found that the company has no legal documents, I asked them to send me their legal documents that I make sure the company is genuine. The they could not me enything . then i call to the company help line number and told them i can't doing this work beacuse of no legal documents. They put down pressure on me and says if i can't do this work i have to pay 4900/- rupess. And they put down pressure on me continues day by day into phone call and E-mails. And told me if im bridged the agreement then I have to pay 9000/- that's means (4900+9000)= 12900/- rupees. I'm belonged from poor class family, I am a student i can't pay this amount anymore. But I submitted 1500 form within 10 days . Then after 15 days i received a call from a advocate named DEEPAK PATIL, Lathur Maharashtra court His enrollment number is (2203/2016) who was threatening me to pay rs 12900/- because of the wrong work. Even they asked me to make payment on 6-03-19 before 1pm otherwise he was blackmailing to file case against me. But today (8.3.19) the advocate send me a message and told me MR. DIPAN MUKHERJEE, YOUR CASE NUMBER IS 3459834. and send me a notice in my Email and told me I have to paying this amount within 4days. I am too afraid and i am mentally harrased. I don't have extra money even to eat street foods how can i pay such huge money. Please help me and save me from this company. I am a situation to attempt suicide but somehow i pray god to save me. They are blackmailing me to file case and torture in future. I cannot handle it anymore.
I request and beg you this forum to save me and take action or advice me what to do. Urgent help required. I am too much afraid.
