M. C. D Commissioner, North Delhi — civil authorities' inactiveness to tackle increasing dogs population

I am a 75 year old senior citizen and r/o of e-1 block, pocket-7, flat no. - 22, sect-15, rpohini.
In our locality thepopulation of stray dogs are incresing every year. The biting by the stray dogs are common phenomenon in our locality. The children are very scared to play in the children park.in the night, we even can not sleep peacfulky, because of loud and continious barking of those dogs.
The appropriate civil authority, at the cost of tax payers' money, are not taking any appropriate action to stop the ever increasing dog populations.
The comptent authority is requested to look into the matter and take immidiate remedial action in the matter.
