M. M. Hospital — I am complaining about a staff(nurse)

I took my son to m. M. Hospital mulana, ambala.- west for treatement on lever. Doctor who attended her seemed very professional. But 1 nurse i don't know her name. She work today 6/8/2018 in gestro ward night sift. Patient was screeming but yet nurse was behaving very brutal without realising that he was not able to give
Her duty properly. When we ask anything she told us "yaha aise hi hoga aap kisi achhe hospital me jao. Or nuksan apka hi hai, because patient apka hai",. She is very insulting me, she blackmail us. It was a not a minor matter.
We are very disappointed. She is only a staff who talk very roudelly. Please do something.
Please help us because my patient is not well now..
We have really no clue for what... We do.
