M. P. Bhoj (Open) University — I've not received my Fee refund yet.

Sir,
I am Mohit Malviya from Susner, Dist. Agar-Malwa (M.P). I had applied online for PGDCA course in BHOJ (Open) University with Application No.: B22242052 and I've paid an amount of Rs. 12356 with Transaction ID:[protected] for the Course fee on 30th September 2022, but later on I found that I am not eligible for this course because the study centre I had applied from [i.e. Govt Madhav Science PG College, Ujjain (M.P.)] is not listed for PGDCA course by BHOJ university (but students could apply for this centre online!).

So, when I was informed that I couldn't apply for the Course, I submitted an online Application form for Fee refund with Application No.: BHPR[protected] and Transaction ID:[protected] on 20 Dec 2022. I also sent the hard copy of Application form along with Fee refund application form, Bank details, and copies of other important documents to MP Bhoj University Bhopal through study centre Govt Madhav Science PG College Ujjain.

But Sir till now I've neither received my Fee refund nor any message or proper information about my fee refund.

Therefore, I kindly request you to check the status of my Fee refund application and refund the amount paid for the Course fee. I shall be highly obliged to you for the same.
