Already i spoke with your manager and i clearly explained everything about my journey and from their end they confirmed that i will receive my refund soon but now its more than 1 month and i haven't received my refund yet. Is this type of service you will provide to the customer's? Their is no value what you have committed? I want call back from your manager and refund my amount asap
