I am writing to share a distressing experience I had during my recent journey with MR Travels from Bhilwara to Mehsana on 29.12.2024. This was, by far, the most disappointing and horrifying journey I have ever encountered.

Not dropping at the destination point

Tickets booked to the Bilara but dropped at the other route and service was very worst and bus was overloaded passage was also crowded bus was totally crowded.Bus number: AR 06A 9732 service was very dissatisfied.

Unsatisfied and worst experience
There is no space in bus, driver and conductor are picking passengers from every village coming in the route. I'm unable to charge my phone because all the sockets are damaged. I paid *3 times the price of nonac bus still I'm not satisfied with what Mr travels is providing. I'm never going to Book any tickets next time. And yes all the seats and veds are so dirty i winy even like to see them .. i would suggest each of you to please book only after examining the bus weather seats are clean and hygiene or not, weather charging plugs are working or not.

Bhut he bekar experience, sirf Inka kam hai, jo online ticket krwa le, unse luggage and bag ke nam pr paise luto...ek dum gatiya management and behaviour ...completely drink kiye hue conductors ...paise lene ke liye jyada se jyada juth bolna...shayad kota ke office pr to inko ...Aisa ek board lga dena chahiye ...ki hum juth bol ke he paise lete hai...and paise lutate hai...and drink krke he gadi chalate hai......

Very worst behavior of conductor

Hii I booked bus Udaipur to BhawaniMandi but bus drop me patan and said firstly ek sawari ke liye bhawani mandi nhi jaye gyi then I shout he changed her statement to bus khrb ho gyi h thik karwani h... As a female it's very rude if bus khrb thi to ap muje phle bolte it's not acceptable and I suggest please look into a matter because meri metting miss ho gyi inki vgh se and he suggest me ap local bus se chal jao why I am going to a local bus when I booked a travels bus

Bus driver refused me to enter in the bus

I booked the ticket through the Paytm when I reached to the M R travels office in Chittorgarh he refused that we don’t no anything call your Paytm help line and allowing us to enter in the bus even I have the Ticket and PNR number. Worst service in the world 👎

If you are unable to keep the car parked then stop it. Travels, you give a wrong answer. The car owner gives the wrong answer. PK drives the car in a bad manner and does not speak. It has met with an accident. Call its owner and I will tell you right away. A diver like Bhosdi, and the bigger one like Chutya, the office manager of Baroda. I will send the recording to the owner, he will know. If the owner doesn't know how to book travels then he will tie up all your buses. Not even a single restaurant provides proper service.

Rude and Disrespectful behaviour with ladies
I have book one sleeper ticket for 2500 for abu road to baroda and I plan to share it with my friend as there is no tickets available, now driver is asking for extra 600 even we share the same sit.. and driver is shouting on us infront of every one and saying that we will drop you anywhere in between of you don’t give the cash..

Damage luggage by MR staff
I booked tickets from pune to jodhpur in 7k for 2 seats. In the mid of journey they ask for 1000 extra for 5 year old kid. Just blackmailing. Also no time management my bus late by 9hrs.
Also very poor service for manage luggage.
They ask passenger to carry luggage in the bus or in the seat cabin. No space for available in the bus because they took extra money for manage luggage.
My trolley bag damage because if that.
I need to refund for both 1000 for kid and my luggage which is damage by MR travel staffed mishandling. I have videos and pics both bus number also videos.

Damage luggage by MR travel
I booked ticket directly from MR travel pune to jodhpur. 7k for 2 seats. After in the mid of journey they asking for 1000 extra for kid 5 year old only. Just blackmailing.

Booked Non AC ticket and charged for AC sleeper ticket

Shri Ganesh travel Agent (borivali east) and M R travels is a fraud company. They booked a ticket of Non AC sleeper and took charge of AC sleeper.
Very very bad experience.
Never gonna recommend to my family members n friends.
Also they add extra passangers and make them sleep on floor. Attaching here a photograph as a proof.
Some action should be taken against Shri Ganesh Travels (borivali east) near Sanjay Gandhi National park. And also M R Travels. Never gonna travel with these companies again. Very very bad experience. Pathetic bus service.

I was traveling from Pune to Belgaum, , the experience of traveling in to this bus was horrible, not good for night travelling, no good for women travelling single, no proper sitting arrangement for upper seats, congested seat, not proper coordination of driver & conductor, scheduled destination timings delay for 2 to 3 hours, no proper place of halting for lunch & Dinner, no hygiene maintained in bus, timing shown at time of booking online is different then exact reaching destination time.
Not suitable for ladies.nit a good experience.

आज सुबह में चारभुजा से जोधपुर की यात्रा आपके बस में ac semi स्लीपर में किया उसमें कंडक्टर नहीं थे ₹680 किराया ड्राइवर ने मांगा मैंने टिकट मांगा टिकट नहीं दिया और बदतमीजी करते कॉलर पकड़कर बस से उतारने लगा बहुत गलत है आप उस बस में और बैठे लोगों से जो ऑनलाइन बुकिंग किए हैं उनके नंबर निकाल कर पूछ सकते हैं आपका ड्राइवर बहुत बदतमीज है कृपया ड्राइवर कर लो

I have been traveling from jodhpur to mumbai in this bus.The bus driver and the bus staff are stopping the bus in every 10-15 min and picking up people without ticket buy taking some money and let them sleep in the passage.The passage is full of people some are shouting and talking loudly at night not letting other sleep.The staff are very rude and not answering properly.The place they stop for rest and lunch are very dirty and unhealth.The AC in the bus not working.I request you to take action on this.I would rate this bus service in -1/10

Hygiene issues and bad timings
The bus routes have no good toilet stops. All bathrooms were stinking and filthy. And once we even had to just go on the roadside. No adequate bathroom for women. The bus conductor is loud and screaming all the time even at night. There are illigal passengers on the bus sleeping on the floor without a ticket. And worse than that is that the bus is over 3 hours late.

I was travelling from Jodhpur to kota in AC bus with MR Bus on dated 31/07/2022
There is No blanket and bed sheets in AC bus and no water and Wi-Fi and staff is also beheave Rudly and fair is also more than tha other Buses.

How will women's feel safe when they take other bookings and make male sleeping in the lane of both the sides ?
Worst bus I've travelled in.
Stops were so cheap !
Departure timing from jodhpur was 13/05/2022 at 7:30pm and arrival time was 14/04/2022 2: 10pm

Travelled from multai to bhopal on 25 March. Ticket was reserved in 6:25 bus which was late but missed due to some reason. Travelled from 7:55 bus and have to take a new ticket. Regular traveller with bus operator but feeling ill treated and robbed

Bus delay
Both bus driver & conductor are careless about timing of bus.they just busy in their lunch & dinner at any hotel & passengers have to suffer.
Bus is also very bad.plzz close this service as soon as possible.

Bus Failed in midway

Jodhpur to Hyderabad bus no. AR 06 A 9978 failed near Baleshwar- Palsana. From last 3 hours all passengers are waiting but hopelessly nothing happened yet. No any pickup facility for passengers, no any extra arrangement or other bus facility. Shame on such service. MR travels should be banned for such poor service. They are picking any passengers on the way and allow them to travel on booked seats for which seat booked person need to fight to get seats. This is terrible service than transport system. Need to take strict action against this.

Complaints against bus staff AR06A9838 MR Travels Pune to Jaisalmer 13/11/21

1. This is a reserved Bus, however there are almost twenty to thirty additional non reserved passengers (boarding & de boarding at local stops) being taken by the staff, because of which-
(a) All COVID related norms have been broken
(b) No Hygiene or sanitation being followed or done.
(c) There is an atrocious unbearable stinking smell inside the bus due to the above mentioned reasons
(d) There is no space for the reserved passengers to move or board or de board the bus. A passenger has to wait for pass over the non reserved sleeping passengers for the same.
The bus staff claims that the extra non reserved passengers are being taken as per the orders of the owners and it is not their fault.
2. The Bus is running more than 2 hours late since I boarded. I was continuously in touch with the driver/ co driver on call since i booked the ticket. However, instead of giving a correct intimation about the delay (which must be done courteously) I was told, ”We are reaching in half an hour/ fifteen minutes “. Delays due to technical faults/ road jams etc can occur & are understood. However staff should be courteous enough to let passengers know the delay time correctly.
3. As confirmed by fellow passengers, the delay of two to three hours hasn’t been due to any technical faults, but because of the bus staff taking extra time for unwarranted halts to attract more unreserved passengers.
4. The bus was supposed to travel through the designated route. However at all cities, they are telling reserved passengers to reach the bus stand on highway, causing serious problems to the reserved passengers. For me also, the boarding point at Pune was Karjat, however the bus staff told me to reach Nawle Bridge to board the bus.
5. At the same time, they are not dropping the reserved passengers at the designated bus stops and dropping them at other stops on their own chosen route. It again came to me as a shock that the bus is scheduled only till Barmer and will not be going to Jaisalmer. However, my booking and reservation in this bus is till Jaisalmer.
6. I’m a back patient and that’s why i had booked specifically a sleeper A/C bus. However the seat reserved for me has got two undulated mattresses wherein there is no space to even lay down straight. Above that, the bus staff persons are frequently coming and resting in the same cabin. And now they have started allowing the unreserved passengers (claiming that they are bus staff) to occupy the seat in the same cabin. Occupying fellow seat wouldn’t be an issue, but because of the undulated matress problem as well as the stinking problem (for which i had to go to the staff and interfere) how do you expect a general reserved passenger to travel safe and comfortably.
I’m writing this email while I’m still travelling in the bus and the plight of the passengers can only be understood just by imagining what kind of attitude the staff is reflecting towards passengers. What other problems I’m gonna face during this painful journey, will only be able to tell after I somehow reach safe at the destination

yesterday i.e. on 20.07.2021 I booked a ticket from Vadodara to Jodhpur through "redbus.in" in M R Travels for two of our guest, whose timing was 19:00 hrs from Amit Nagar, Vadodara to Basni, Jodhpur but at the time of departure of the bus I came to know that the bus has been cancelled and apart from that when I asked the guest to please go to M R Travells Office and ask someone to talk, the person who so ever was on the phone was shouting when I asked him that what happened to the bus which was at 19:00 hrs then "he literally said there is no bus at that time and why are you asking me ask M R Travells company etc etc like as if there is no responsibility even when we were trying to talk calmly he was shouting ruthlessly. this M R Trvellers is a clear fraud. even now when i am checking for today's ticket for jpdhpur from redbus.in it is showing now the same timing. instead of returning the money he was behaving as a wild animal. and suggesting to book another bus ticket which was at 8:00 pm, I want the money I have invested to be return, if not so then will go for legal procedure.
i am adding below both the picture one is of the ticket booked yesterday and one is for the timing details of the bus that was denied by the person
