M3M India Pvt Ltd — M3M Corner Walk - Issue with Demand Letter

I have written multiple times to the M3M Customer Team about the issues being faced.I have raised my concerns with multiple people and multiple times with each one of these at M3M including a few CRMs.
I would name these people in this particular email.
1. Sumit Gaur.
2. Rishabh Sharma.
3. Trisha Kohli
4. Rimangeet

These guys don't pick up the calls and never respond.
All I am requesting is to send a revised payment demand; which is logical. The one which doesn't include
1. Interest Payments as there has never been a delay of any payment from our side,
2. Payment which is supposed to be disbursed by the bank and not us.

Every 15 days, I am being advised by the Customer Care team on telephone that the revised/updated payment information will be sent over by emailed.

In the month of Nov 2021, I had also written to the company secretary whose email address has been provided by M3M as grievance addressal. But till this day no response from anyone.

Can someone please look into this matter?

Sumit Gaur and Trisha are the kind of CRMs who have the potential to bring an entire organization down.
I recommend filing a legal case against them.
My money is still stuck with them and I'm gonna do the same.
