I have given an EOI of INR 1 lakh in June 2023 for M3M project The Crown. After 2 days when I did not get the unit of my choice, I withdrawal my application and they said the money will be refunded in 3 months. It has been 7 months since that day and still the money has not come. Whenever I ask them, no one replies properly and just say wait for 3 more months. We booked a unit in May 2022 by giving 10% amount I.e. 10, 97, 000/- . We booked T39(C) in SMARTWORLD GEMS, Sector 89 . Our plan was 10:90 . Even after so many followups builder haven't issued me allotment letter and executed BBA . Now recently builder contacted me over WhatsApp pressurizing me to issues 50% of the TCV and threatened me to release the unit incase I failed to pay the ask . I am a salaried person and can't pay without involvement...

We have paid amount 50, 000 to M3M for Antalya Hills project, but when we got cost sheet the price was not same as promised by third party company, we canceled this booking and wrote an email to M3M. we have recieved zero response from them and no one is picking up the phone, its been more than 3 months and as per RERA max refund time was 45 days....

Neither I signed any booking form nor any agreement.
After careful consideration it doesn't meet my requirement, and RM ( Priyanka soni & Channel partner (Rahul bhatia- Bharat associates) gave some mis-committment too.

Highly unprofessional people
Cheating customers on fake promises of returning EOI money for 113 project.
Builder is taking advantage of the customers by showing sample flats.the channel partners and entire team is fraud. At the time of booking they all say you can get you money at any point of time and any time you can cancel your booking but once you canel it no will gonna entertain you no one will gonna respond your calls...

I have done 40% payment for M3M Soulitude and I was awarded unit A7-2nd Floor. I have not been given any documents/receipt/ provisional documents/ email confirmation or anything. I have been told those were to be communicated in Jan, after Jan 2022, they proposed Mar and now they are giving new proposed time in July or August. The lift movement and brake noise can be heard inside the flat. Despite of various complaints raised to Abante Estate manager, M3M CRM team, they are unable to resolve the lift noise issue. Due to continuous machinery noise as lift is running all the time, it’s disturbing the sleep....

I had purchased unit R5-207 in M3M Corner walk August 2020, against which I paid a booking amount of Rs.10L.
My wife passed away in June last year, and owing to my financial stress I requested them to refund my amount. They said they'll do it once they are able to sell my unit to some other customer.

I booked flat in m3m skywalk they promised that rera will come within month I waited for 6 months than after I cancelled my unit with them asked for return now they are playing not refunding amount. They are saying when your unit will sale than amount will refund. First they sold without rera, second I already suffered a lot of loss because of them. I took home loan also that sanctioned but bcz of rera got cancelled. Very bad experience with...

I have written multiple times to the M3M Customer Team about the issues being faced.I have raised my concerns with multiple people and multiple times with each one of these at M3M including a few CRMs.

Mutation Transfer Issue
I have purchased a unit (2bhk) in their Scetor 68 Marina project in resale and had submitted all the required documents on Dec25th ( Hand it over to RM of CRM department in their corporate office). There has been no update / revert whatsoever by M3M and even after paying a heafty amount I am not able to enter in my flat because I am not the owner in their records, what rubbish. And the RM is so arrogant that he doesn't care about customers...

Refund of EOI of 5 lakhs for smart world sector 61 project
Paid 5 lakhs in March 2021 for Smart World sector 61 gurgaon and was told that can ask for refund anytime. Now sine last 3-4 months trying my best to get the refund but the sales guys Amit Dhingra, Paurush Wadhwa keeps on given future dates and now saying that they cannot give any commitment on when EOI would be refunded....

I have bought one Retail virtual space shop unit in M3M INDIA PVT LTD in the commercial project named as Broadway. I was told about so many benefits regarding assured return of 24 % till possesion and possesion will be coming in the next 2 to 2.5 years. So it was promised to me and the M3M sales associate (Sanket Kapadia) & M3M channel partner (Mohit Sharma & Hari Om Shisodiya) made the booking for me and took the required payment amount...

DON'T PUT YOUR HARD MONEY WITH M3M India. There team and higher management both doesn't care after taking token money .During the time of booking it was promised that the token amount will be refunded..They do false promise to book and then you will see different words!!! I had booked 2 unit (3.5bhk) in your project smartworld sector 89..which I had to cancel due to some personal issues, EOI amount ( 2 lac each) was paid in August.
And i gave the request for the cancellation on 6 oct 21. I was confirmed that I would get the refund in 15 days max..but I haven't got any refund yet and after 15 days I gat a new date only..please help to refund my EOI amt..

Out of 5 lifts, no lift is working properly.On 4/09/2021, i was struck off in lift for 15 minutes, no body came to my rescue even after pressing emergency button for many times.My mobile was not working due to poor network inside lift.There is no fan in lifts due to which i was sweating profusely.After 15 minutes i could come out of lift.I contacted Mr.Solanki and other mtc staff of M3M but as usual, no corrective steps are being taken. I was informed that I will be getting a gift (choice of tv, coin and amazon voucher) at the time of token money . I booked and till date I've been told that it is NOT available. This is such a shame as to wait for a TV AND KEEP ASKING . Is this a way they will deliver the project as well.

Submitted an Expression of Interest with M3M India Pvt. Ltd. for 2.5 BHK Luxury Boutique Floors in Sector 89, Gurgaon and made token payment for on 31 July 2021.

I have agreed to book one retail unit no. 112 in cornerwalk project on 26th July and paid 50000 rs via credit card swipe.
This was done on the assurance from M3M manager sales Ms. Shivani's end for providing offers on mail. But what I have received on mail is no where near to the offers communicated to me at the time of discussion.
