I have given an EOI of INR 1 lakh in June 2023 for M3M project The Crown. After 2 days when I did not get the unit of my choice, I withdrawal my application and they said the money will be refunded in 3 months. It has been 7 months since that day and still the money has not come. Whenever I ask them, no one replies properly and just say wait for 3 more months. The builder is not professional and the customer response team is worse. I need help in getting my refund.

We booked a unit in May 2022 by giving 10% amount I.e. 10, 97, 000/- . We booked T39(C) in SMARTWORLD GEMS, Sector 89 . Our plan was 10:90 . Even after so many followups builder haven't issued me allotment letter and executed BBA . Now recently builder contacted me over WhatsApp pressurizing me to issues 50% of the TCV and threatened me to release the unit incase I failed to pay the ask . I am a salaried person and can't pay without involvement...

This is fraud company there is no transparency it was told that i[censored] have any issue then ur eoi amt wd be return bit no one bothered to listen it's already six. Month passed but they are not doing anything fros company

We have paid amount 50, 000 to M3M for Antalya Hills project, but when we got cost sheet the price was not same as promised by third party company, we canceled this booking and wrote an email to M3M. we have recieved zero response from them and no one is picking up the phone, its been more than 3 months and as per RERA max refund time was 45 days.

After careful consideration it doesn't meet my requirement, and RM ( Priyanka soni & Channel partner (Rahul bhatia- Bharat associates) gave some mis-committment too.

After few weeks, unit has been allotted to somebody else, still my token amount has not been (Rs.5 lacs) returned.
I have also dropped mail to m3m team.

It is requested to you please return my money as earliest as possible, and don't break trust of potential investors for future investment.

Highly unprofessional people
Cheating customers on fake promises of returning EOI money for 113 project.
Builder is taking advantage of the customers by showing sample flats.the channel partners and entire team is fraud. At the time of booking they all say you can get you money at any point of time and any time you can cancel your booking but once you canel it no will gonna entertain you no one will gonna respond your calls still struggling for our amount of 11 lakh which they have taken. Please help and suggest if anyone know how to get it back.

Worst Experience with M3M, highly unprofessional.
I had booked a 3bhk in M3M Heights in Oct 2021 by paying a booking amount. had to cancel the same due to some personal emergency. It’s been 1 year my amount has not been returned. Initially I had to follow up with the channel partner who made the deal. After 6 months, they asked me to directly contact the M3M Sales Manager who was involved in my transaction. The Sales Manger asked me to share all the documents again and said it will take 30-45 days, it’s been 5 months, nothing yet. I am tired of following up but he does not even respond. Pathetic experience.

I have done 40% payment for M3M Soulitude and I was awarded unit A7-2nd Floor. I have not been given any documents/receipt/ provisional documents/ email confirmation or anything. I have been told those were to be communicated in Jan, after Jan 2022, they proposed Mar and now they are giving new proposed time in July or August. Whenever I ask for the reason, they told the unit is have frozen unit and after completion of others...

The lift movement and brake noise can be heard inside the flat. Despite of various complaints raised to Abante Estate manager, M3M CRM team, they are unable to resolve the lift noise issue. Due to continuous machinery noise as lift is running all the time, it’s disturbing the sleep.

I had purchased unit R5-207 in M3M Corner walk August 2020, against which I paid a booking amount of Rs.10L.

My wife passed away in June last year, and owing to my financial stress I requested them to refund my amount. They said they'll do it once they are able to sell my unit to some other customer.

I was in touch with Sumit Gaur (CRM executive for Corner walk) who was elusive with his responses, and later on stopped replying to my messages.

7 months later, in Feb 2022 I got a call and an email from Mr.Sumit Gaur that my unit has been sold and the refund process would be initiated in 7 days.

I am writing this more than two months later. Sumit has been replaced with a lady called Trisha (new CRM for Corner walk), who promised to get my issue resolved by 31st March, but completely stopped responding to my messages from that day onwards. I am yet to hear from her.

I have written to many people at M3M, including their CEO Pankaj Bansal, but noone cares to respond.

I am filing this complaint when now I'm sure that this is a fraud as they have re-sold my unit and not paid me back.

I am ready to submit any proofs to support my claim of Rs.10L

I booked flat in m3m skywalk they promised that rera will come within month I waited for 6 months than after I cancelled my unit with them asked for return now they are playing not refunding amount. They are saying when your unit will sale than amount will refund. First they sold without rera, second I already suffered a lot of loss because of them. I took home loan also that sanctioned but bcz of rera got cancelled. Very bad experience with M3M.
Need to file police complaint under 420.

I have written multiple times to the M3M Customer Team about the issues being faced.I have raised my concerns with multiple people and multiple times with each one of these at M3M including a few CRMs.
I would name these people in this particular email.
1. Sumit Gaur.
2. Rishabh Sharma.
3. Trisha Kohli
4. Rimangeet

These guys don't pick up the calls and never respond.
All I am requesting is to send a revised payment demand; which is logical. The one which doesn't include
1. Interest Payments as there has never been a delay of any payment from our side,
2. Payment which is supposed to be disbursed by the bank and not us.

Every 15 days, I am being advised by the Customer Care team on telephone that the revised/updated payment information will be sent over by emailed.

In the month of Nov 2021, I had also written to the company secretary whose email address has been provided by M3M as grievance addressal. But till this day no response from anyone.

Can someone please look into this matter?

Wanted to bring to your notice my case of not getting the refund for booking my property at M3M Gurgaon.

I have purchased a unit (2bhk) in their Scetor 68 Marina project in resale and had submitted all the required documents on Dec25th ( Hand it over to RM of CRM department in their corporate office). There has been no update / revert whatsoever by M3M and even after paying a heafty amount I am not able to enter in my flat because I am not the owner in their records, what rubbish. And the RM is so arrogant that he doesn't care about customers time and doesn't revert even after checking msgs. If I don't get a revert in next few days, they are getting a legal notice of harassment from me.

Paid 5 lakhs in March 2021 for Smart World sector 61 gurgaon and was told that can ask for refund anytime. Now sine last 3-4 months trying my best to get the refund but the sales guys Amit Dhingra, Paurush Wadhwa keeps on given future dates and now saying that they cannot give any commitment on when EOI would be refunded.

I have bought one Retail virtual space shop unit in M3M INDIA PVT LTD in the commercial project named as Broadway. I was told about so many benefits regarding assured return of 24 % till possesion and possesion will be coming in the next 2 to 2.5 years. So it was promised to me and the M3M sales associate (Sanket Kapadia) & M3M channel partner (Mohit Sharma & Hari Om Shisodiya) made the booking for me and took the required payment amount...

M3M one of the fraudulent inuilder n NCR.
DON'T PUT YOUR HARD MONEY WITH M3M India. There team and higher management both doesn't care after taking token money .During the time of booking it was promised that the token amount will be refunded..They do false promise to book and then you will see different words!!! Don't waste your time !!...

I had booked 2 unit (3.5bhk) in your project smartworld sector 89..which I had to cancel due to some personal issues, EOI amount ( 2 lac each) was paid in August.
And i gave the request for the cancellation on 6 oct 21. I was confirmed that I would get the refund in 15 days max..but I haven't got any refund yet and after 15 days I gat a new date only..please help to refund my EOI amt..

Builder is taking advantage by luring customers by showing sample flats.the channel partners and entire team is fraud.
They are different people when you ask for return of your hard earned money
They put blames on each other but the fact is the entire company is fraud.
We were denied EOI money but as per rera they cant hold it as the project is still not rera approved.will pursue legally till resolved.till now no revert on mails.will escalate the issue.

Out of 5 lifts, no lift is working properly.On 4/09/2021, i was struck off in lift for 15 minutes, no body came to my rescue even after pressing emergency button for many times.My mobile was not working due to poor network inside lift.There is no fan in lifts due to which i was sweating profusely.After 15 minutes i could come out of lift.I contacted Mr.Solanki and other mtc staff of M3M but as usual, no corrective steps are being taken. Life of residents is at risk

My late husband and I had booked two 2 BHKs in M3M Sierra 68 in 2018, by paying 40% of the total amount (against assured return of 9% pa till possession, and Rs. 20, 000 pm for 2 years after possession) After my husband's demise last year, and my inability to pay the remaining amount, I requested to surrender one unit and combine the payment for the two apartments. They calculated, after deducting GST and asked me to pay Rs. 25.5 lacs, which I paid off my FD, on 11th February 202.
Since then, they have not given me the allotment of the apartment, no receipt of the payment made, no transfer of the property in my name.
I must have made at least a 100 calls to different people, made at least 10 visits to their office, but they DO NOT take calls, make you wait for hours before they oblige you to meet and give some story.
I demand an immeiate redressal to my problem !

I was informed that I will be getting a gift (choice of tv, coin and amazon voucher) at the time of token money . I booked and till date I've been told that it is NOT available. This is such a shame as to wait for a TV AND KEEP ASKING . Is this a way they will deliver the project as well.
Please get it arranged and provide us immediately .

I have completed my payment.they don’t give me the Allotment letter and they are postponing it day by day

Submitted an Expression of Interest with M3M India Pvt. Ltd. for 2.5 BHK Luxury Boutique Floors in Sector 89, Gurgaon and made token payment for on 31 July 2021.

I was told by the Sales Executive that Booking Amount is fully refundable in case of cancellation before buyer-builder agreement is signed.

Informed my Booking Agent from M3M Mr. Sandeep Mehrwal and Regional Manager Mr. Saurabh Sharma on 2 August 2021 that due to some personal issues, I would like to withdraw my booking in the project.

I am still awaiting confirmation from M3M on the refund.

Inspite of booking the flat/unit with 2L amount, the unit was given to other customer and phone call not being answered for refund

Increasing Price after getting a signed finalized letter via email

I have agreed to book one retail unit no. 112 in cornerwalk project on 26th July and paid 50000 rs via credit card swipe.
This was done on the assurance from M3M manager sales Ms. Shivani's end for providing offers on mail. But what I have received on mail is no where near to the offers communicated to me at the time of discussion.

These are the offers promised at the time of payment
1. 12% assured return till possession
2. 9 year guaranteed lease
3. 30% rental
4. Any time exit with no deduction

But none of the points were clarified by them on mail communication and all the offers above were in actual not nowhere near to their true meaning.
For example any time exit means you can shift to other M3M properties. 12% assured retrun was also not on monthly basis but can be adjusted on final payment.
So all the offers was a fraud and marketing gimmick.

Since ther are not able to provide the same on mail, I asked for refund the paid amount with the credit card processing charge.

But then my harassment started as I found that M3M does not have any CRM contact to raise their issues.
Infact even after meeting very senior person they have not given any response in written.
Then I wrote to their director /owner Mr. Pankaj Bansal, even then no response.

Can you imagine that even after reaching to owner of this big firm, if no one even bother to respond then how secure your investment in this company

This is highly arrogant and unprofessional behaviour by a builder who claims to be number 2.

M3m india please stop this fraud. M3m is a very overrated and hyped builder however when it comes to services and customer relationship management, they are the worst of all. We planned for one their property and it took them only 5 minutes to complete the booking process. However we figured out their misguidance with the details of the property on papers, we decided to cancel it. As per their written policy, when a customer cancel their property, they provide the refund of the booking amount. However, it's been more than 3 weeks, they are not even entertaining the cancellation process. And worst of all is that in this disastrous situation of covid-19, they are stating that without any face to face meeting, they can't process the cancellation. I wonder are they even aware of the technological advancements of video conferencing or they don't have internet. This is such horrible company. Please guys save your money, don't go for it, unless you have ample of money to waste.
