[Resolved]  Maa Annapurna Tiffin Service — Refund not done by the owner after repeated calls and messages

I have ordered 60 food tiffin from the tiffin home delivery service called Maa Annapurna, i paid 4200 in advance to the owner named Ashish Mishra for the tiffins but the owner did not use to bring tiffin regularly due to some poor excuses. The service was pathetic and he didn't get me tiffin regularly.

He assured me that refund will be provided of the non delivery of food, now my service has been ended and i have been demanding refund for the non delivery of food but the owner is unwilling to give refund even after repeated messages and calls.

I have not received 7 food tiffins which is equal to rs. 490 which i want to claim.

The owner has not provided refund even after several days and repeated requests.
