With due respect, i (Mr rajjan khan) want to put across my sincere request in your kind consideration. Applicant’s residence and personal garage share the same common lane with party 2’s shop, which is a government made lane by lucknow development authority and a public property. However, party 2 has unlawfully covered up almost the entire lane by his business goods of tent house, to fulfil his personal business interest. Which is forfeiting the common rights of common use of lane by all, specially applicant, being the entrance/exit of residence and personal garage on same lane. Encroachment done by party 2 is upto an extent that your goodself would not find space to walk through some times.
