Dear Aptech / MAAC Corporate Grievance Team,

I am writing to report an unfair trade practice taking place at your franchise center: MAAC [MAAC ALIGANJ/LUCKNOW].

On 4 August, I paid a registration fee of Rs. 14000 under intense pressure from the center staff, who insisted I pay immediately to lock in an "instant discount." The receipt stating "non-refundable" was hidden from me and only handed over after they took my money.

Due to specific issues, I explicitly declined to take final admission. I have not attended a single lecture, nor have I utilized any services or study materials from your institute. Retaining my money without providing services is illegal under the Indian Consumer Protection Act. The local branch manager has refused to return my amount.

As the parent corporate entity, I request you to intervene and instruct the MAAC [Aliganj, Lucknow] team to process my refund immediately. I don't want any convincing from centre anymore.

If this matter is not resolved within 2 business days, I will formally pursue my filed complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH - Docket pending via 1915) and escalate it to the Consumer Court.
