MAAC — not transfer my course

When i get admission that tell me you can transfer your course anytime but not over intercity. Now i went transfer my course maac gt jaipur to banglore.
Now mail to aptack and maac gt jaipur and i tweet to maac india and post on facebook maac india so many
Maac india facebook to reply me and tell to a send application to your center maac jaipur i sent a mail.
Then i call to manager of maac gt jaipur his told me to transfer your course after complete 75% and cut my call
