I have given my vehicle for service on 8-Apr-23 for the complaint of self-start issue. On 8-Apr-23 service personnel called me and said there is an ECM problem and vehicle will be ready on Monday (10-Apr-23). They called me on 11-Apr-23 and said vehicle is ready. I went on 12-Apr-23 to collect the vehicle and made the payment. Immediately checked and Observed same self-start issue persist. Again, they said ECM is problem and taken back the vehicle and it is not yet ready till now. We are on 14-Apr-23. I don’t know how long you need to rectify this issue. Due to non-availability of my vehicle I spent over 5000 rupees for cab so far and who will bear this cost?
1st point vehicle is only 18 months old. How come ECM faulty, within this period?
2nd Why your service team not able to identify and rectify the fault within 2-3 days. Do they really capable or do they perform only water wash?
