I met with an accident on February 28 and gave my vehicle to Velachery Maansarovar to claim insurance.

When we delivered the vehicle, we asked about the procedure, and they said there is a QR scan for filling out the form. You just fill out the form, and we will update you when the approver comes from the insurance company. I told them I am an office-going person and I cannot come in between; if anything is needed, I will give it now. They confirmed that we do not need anything other than an online QR form.

After one week, we called the service center, but I did not get any updates.

And then they are saying to come and share the ID proofs. I told them I have already told them that I am an office-going person and I cannot come in between that day and itself. They said that without that, we cannot progress further.

So I went to the service center and provided the given proof. After one week, I called the service center to know the status of the vehicle. They said Insurance company has not approved yet so I just called the insurance company and asked them to approve the vehicle and I asked the service center if you would have told me before why you were waiting until I called and asked about the vehicle status.

I just kept track of the vehicle because no one updated the status from the service center.
Finally, the floor manager said everything is ready and you can come get your bike today, i.e., April 3.

Yesterday I went to the service center to see my vehicle eagerly after 1 month and 1 week. In the account section, they are saying that we didn't get the CMC number from the insurance company, so we will not deliver the vehicle, and I told them, You should have informed me before. You cannot say this after reaching the service center, and when I asked about when I have to come back to get the vehicle, the account manager simply said, I will send the email to the insurance company, and then you will get the CMC number. After that, you can come and get the vehicle.(Please take note that even though we went to pick up the vehicle in the evening after learning that it was ready at 9:30 AM, the email to the insurance company was not sent there. They are battling in the account section; why have you not sent the email yet?)

I just reported the issue to the CRM manager at Velachery, and I am totally disappointed with him. He said that we cannot deliver the vehicle; we will deliver the vehicle when we receive the CMC number, or else pay the full amount and get the vehicle. When you get the CMc number, we will provide you with the cheque leaf after receiving the CMS number. You can do whatever you want.

I am totally dissatisfied with your service at Velachery Mannsovara.

    I purchased motorcycle before 1 year I got oil leakage at engine the day one I purchased. Not yet resolved. They will promise they will resolve it remains same.. Got very disappointed that I got cheated..

      I have given my vehicle for service on 8-Apr-23 for the complaint of self-start issue. On 8-Apr-23 service personnel called me and said there is an ECM problem and vehicle will be ready on Monday (10-Apr-23). They called me on 11-Apr-23 and said vehicle is ready. I went on 12-Apr-23 to collect the vehicle and made the payment. Immediately checked and Observed same self-start issue persist. Again, they said ECM is problem and taken back the vehicle and it is not yet ready till now. We are on 14-Apr-23. I don’t know how long you need to rectify this issue. Due to non-availability of my vehicle I spent over 5000 rupees for cab so far and who will bear this cost?

      1st point vehicle is only 18 months old. How come ECM faulty, within this period?
      2nd Why your service team not able to identify and rectify the fault within 2-3 days. Do they really capable or do they perform only water wash?

        Two wheeler service very Worst. Service Manager don't have basic courtesy to answer the customer .

        After the service Vehicle handover to me without filled engine Oil so due to this issue my new vhchile engine totally demaged

        and they spoiled my vehicle . while am asking them, they not at all giving proper answer and also damaged front light mudguard with wrong screwed up and also telling senior mechanical person not available so that happed like this .

          With reference to the job card no.P1930 we have our Honda bike for service. During the service they have changed the spares which I have agreed to pay for spares only. While leaving the vehicle they said that the total payable service is Rs 650/-.. Now at the time of taking delivery they are forcing us top pay Rs.1600 additionally for fixing the spare they are charging for individual component which is injustice. Even they have not intimated to us on the additional price fixation at the time of leaving the vehicle for service. If this was intimated at the time we will not allow to do the service .
          The spares bill shows 2810.64
          For paid service 650 (they said all inclusive)
          So Total Rs.3460.64 only
          They have additional all spare fixing charges as Rs 1600 which was intimated and seems to be painful and injustice to the customer. It seems to be grabbing and swindling the customer in the name of service and the justication given by the service manager was not good and his behavior is rude and shouted upon us.
          Please inform the concern person to waive of Rs.1600 which is not agreeable by us.
          In the regard we need your reply before taking to the competent authority for further grievances.

            Medavankam branch, manasarovar honda showroom, I bought activa bike from this honda showroom in emi.but they not telling proper procedure for paying emi and pre close emi.first they told to go to pallikaranai hdfc bank for pre close emi, I went to pallikaranai but bank employees told me that here you cannot pre close you can go to tambaram branch, but now again they are telling that pay the emi in pallikaranai branch .directly we need to go to hdfc bank pallikaranai .I don't know what will happen .worst response.am not satisfied .so please take this as a complaint for proper response and procedure,

              Two weeks before I gave my bike for a service for Abs Breaking Issue but without a proper verification or inspection they just gave the bike on thev same day and jst closed the ticket.. Really i didn't seen a service which is very low grade and cheating brand. i felt bad for choosing a worst brand

                I have been requesting for service for the past 3 months for my Honda Activa in Maansarovar Medavakkam. There are only two old people in the house who cannot service hence asked for home pickup and delivery. The showroom promised to send persons for the past 3 months and recently when I escalated they said they cannot do home pickup and drop. If they have said that before I could have reached out to a different showroom, this is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable behaviour.

                  My Vehicle No. TN 22 DF 7655 at Mansorarovar Honda Velchery, two days back for front and back wheel shaking inspite of huge bills they never solved the problem. Even in previous services to the same complaint was there but unattended. very amature staff and Poor service from Mansorarovar Honda at Velchery! In the year 2020 also when service done cost of 18, 500/- same problem was exist, when i informed them they said rectified. Never responded from phone also. Beware of Service centre and Spoiling Honda Name. Honda also least bother...when i raised complaint to them

                    Due to my back pain, I was not able to go to service center and contacted two wheeler service manager on 25th Apr and he assured to pick up for service the same day. But till now (even after 2 weeks) bike was not picked up for service and proper response is not provided.

                      Last month my bike engine was re-bore in ur service center .i was charged 22000 .but still the problem is continue .again the engine noise is coming and its not getting start properly .the fitting also not done properly because they forgot to fit 3 bolts.i am not satisfied with ur service.but still i am paying intrest for that money...

                        I bought Honda Unicorn 150 July 2018 and driven just 36300 KMs only. Now, the service centre guys broke the carburetor while washing the bike and they are suggesting change the carburetor and i spent Rs. 6000/- for it.
                        It is worst experience with Honda Unicorn and their Manasoravaar Service Center in Chennai is worst. They are cheating. I never heard change the carburetor even more than 1.5 Lakh KMs ran the bike. This too much cheating company. I never go to and suggest Maansarovar Honda.

                          Hi sir

                          I have serviced my Honda Hornet CBR 160 R .The Water service is not fully satisfactory.

                          Regarding the above Water service, I spoke to your Maansarovar Honda Pallikarani Manager (Mr.Udhaya). His misbehavior with me . I am a regular customer for the past 5 years. I have not faced the this type of issues from your Honda service end. This for your kind information.

                            I have taken amc coupon for paid service
                            It assured that for a normal service roughky 600 rs will be reduced for subsequent 3 services.
                            Now i gave service this week. Total bill was rs 2000 and after coupon application the bill was 1410.
                            The concept behind your offer is + the amount and - miNus coupon amount
                            I doNt think it is feasible option for customers
                            A morning after service we have been facing same starting problem and the video is also posted in whats up
                            I am not satisfied with service and your pricing

                                  Today I have given my vehicle for service in Velachery branch by 9am. The delivery assured by 3pm. Where as delivered by 6.30pm due to non Availability of Service Stock. Branch received the parts stock by 6pm and the vehicle was delivered by 6.45pm. Storing of service parts are very essential and timing delivery should be done. I don’t know why service parts stock is not adequate to cater the service department.

                                    Two wheeler service is very very poor in your pallikaranai branch . Those branches do not have trained service people. Only have some unskilled and irresponsible service engineer and service in charge.

                                    Today 09.08.21
                                    My two wheeler was handed over for service. After 4 hours I called. They said "2 wheeler service finished and come take" . After 6 hours I went and checked my 2 wheeler. My 2 wheeler was not washed and serviced. But they collected the full amount .

                                    So Maansarovar honda pallikaranai branch service is very very poor. worst behavior in service people.

                                    I called to toll free for service complaint 09.08.21. Upto today not yet receive any call related to my complaint.

                                      My name is Kannan. I have done my bike service with your service centre at Medavakkam on 02/03/2021 and got it delivered today 03/03/20201.
                                      Registration number - TN 11 R 2538

                                      Your staff insisted me to take AMC so that I can get some discount in spares and labour charges. I have attached my bill summary for your reference.

                                      My complaint is on labour charges.

                                      Labour and service amount - ₹2783 (with ₹850 AMC)
                                      And the spares I have purchased is only for ₹ 3815

                                      ₹ 1933 has been charged without gst for changing basic spares is not acceptable in my point of view. I demanded an explanation to the supervisors, they we can make adjustments in next service billing.

                                      I am not satisfied with their response. All I wanted was details for ₹1933 labour charges and why I have been charges so high including paid general service charges (AMC).

                                      A local mechanic will charge only ₹ 600 for this service and labour. I trusted Maanasarovar and Honda. Now I feel like over charged...

                                        I have bought a hornet 2.0 in Velachery branch, Chennai in December 2020. In the 2nd week of February the bike has not started because of battery down. From Madipakkam service center, they toed and recharged the battery. Again today I have met the same problem. What can I do? Kindly give me a permanent solution to my problem.
