Recently mac enterprises service center deccan pune for acer, asus disappointed me. I called their service center executive to understand the repair procedure. I told them that my laptop is out of warranty. They assured me that it will be done. I explained the issue to them and they said that they will check and procure parts and fix the issue.
After i visited the center next day, they changed colors. This is what they say
We are authorized service center and we undertake only warranty repairs/replacement. This can not be repaired here. However opposite this office there’s some xyz repair center. You can give it to them and based on their recommendation if feasible we will get the parts for you!
They seem to have some kind of milibhagat (An understanding, mostly unfair, of business deal between two parties) to send out of warranty customers to that center and make double money.
First that center will charge me separately for testing and troubleshooting and then this center will take premium price for laptop parts.
I am deeply disappointed with this model of business.
If your laptop is out of warranty do not waste your time going there. Simply take it to nearby repair shop. Was this information helpful? |
