Made Easy — behaviour of staff and the fake words of the staff at the time of admission

I m a 2 yr prog student of etc branch in madeeasy bbsr. At the time of admission the staff said i can repeat any subject if i want because i m in 2 yr program. I thougt it would be great if i can repeat some subjects. They also said that in any of our exam times the missed topic will be covered next year. But now they are denying it. Also for any query the behavior of receptionists is very bad. I want strict actions regarding my problem. If this is the attitude of the institute one day no body will take admission. And the staffs are really very rude especially the receptionists.
