This company sold me a dress online for Rs.2299, which is nothing like the picture in the website, which did not fit me at all and when contacted the customer care, they did not provide a solution and did not entertain my problem. Instead they were extremely mannerless and rude. They run a scam in the name of business, and sell unauthentic clothes that does not even have a label with a size written in it

You can clearly see the difference of colour print and quality of what they put up on their website (https://madeforherlabel.in/products/houston-puff-sleeve-floral-printed-dress) and the actual dress they actual sold which is completely different from the one they put up on their website.

I requested them to initiate a refund but instead they chose to ignore their customer and made unnecessary comments

Please find all the attachments where you can see the dress, the proof of blocking on social media, the email trail, the dress that they display on the internet

I would very grateful if you could kindly help me (a customer) in solving this issue
