Made For Her Label Complaints & Reviews

The brand advertises beautiful apparels on social media and on their website and delivers cheap quality products. I placed my order through website and received it in 1 week as opposed to the 24 hours guaranteed shipment. The product receives has a different colour as displayed in images and is of cheap quality. The brand refused to exchange it for another product after repeated requests even when I was ready to ship it back.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11th September from made for her label (order no-MFH12169).I payed 2391 rupees for the shoes. I waited till 2nd November. On 2nd November I got to know that have cancelled my order. They asked me to again place an order of the same price. I did so for the same shoes but I had to pay 50 rupees extra(order no-MFH13571 ). I again waited. Now on 18th November I got to know that they have initiated return to origin on my product. It's been three months, I have not received my product. It's my hard earned money. I already paid them 2441 rupees. I want my product or my money.

Hi, I had ordered the “ Betty Silk shirt” from made for her label. I was very disappointed with the material, I paid Rs.1100 for the shirt and what I received was not even worth Rs.20. Not only was the material very cheap, see-through, had a loose strings, but what disappointed me the most was the customer service when I tried to return the items they were not at all helpful and even after a chain of mails around 8-9, they ended up not refunding me OR even giving me store credit.

The product is simply not wearable and the whole experience with the company, which now I am sure is a scam, was a TOTAL waste of time, energy and money.

I really hope that something is done about this and that I get my money back. I wouldn’t want anyone going through so much of trouble and wasting their money on a scam. Which doesn’t even help their customers.

I purchased an item from them earlier they were showing 24-48 hrs delivery after i made the payment item delivery time changed to 24-48 days but by that time it was late i had no proof later i searched and found another item with same error i showed them on mail by sending pictures this is what happened with me instead of doing something or delivering my product they just cancelled my order and no refund. They took my money this is how they are earning.THEY ARE CHEATERS. BIG FRAUDS ALISHA AND NAINA

I had ordered a dress of rs 2299 initially but the size was small and the length of the dress was also not appropriate. Then I exchanged the dress hoping for something good but the dress that came had poorer quality of the cloth and was not appropriate.They deducted 100 rs from my initial amount and added 50 rs as delivery charge. Now I wanted to return or exchange the dress but they told me I can exchange the dress only once. They haven't mentioned this thing on their site and they are not even responding now. I am totally disappointed with their service and response. I need some action and justice.

"Made For Her" a fake site, they show image of beautiful products but deliver cheap & ill stitched. With costs being so high, we feel that we wud b getting original item, but they r big cheat. There is no way to contact them also, u cn only mail them which they will nvr respond to. After u transfer the money, there is no guarantee that they will send u the product despite u sending them mail again n again. See the below pics, wats shown on site n wat they delivered. It's a fraud going on, we must raise voice against them. Stealing money from all, shameless ppl. I ordered a dress costing Rs 2900/-. Rqst if refund cn b initiated n they cn b penalized for causing so much inconvenience to the consumer.

This company sold me a dress online for Rs.2299, which is nothing like the picture in the website, which did not fit me at all and when contacted the customer care, they did not provide a solution and did not entertain my problem. Instead they were extremely mannerless and rude. They run a scam in the name of business, and sell unauthentic clothes that does not even have a label with a size written in it
