Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank — transaction failed but amount deducted

After processing my account balance is diducted 10000 rupees at january 1st 2019 at 9.00 pm in patna axis bank atm machine but money is not come from the machine .
i wait 7 days but money is not refund in my account
so i request please refund my money
