Dear Sir,
I have been regularly complaining since the month of July'21 for a wrong bill by mail to [protected]@mpez.co.in, but I did not receive any solution. When I checked the meter reading to raise a complaint to higher authorities I found there was no display showing in the meter then I registered a complaint to [protected] for meter issue on 14/10/21 comp no - 3156705. They did not resolve the issue but sent me again a high amount of wrong bill of Oct'21 month, in which the consumption unit reading noted by your reader 880 units from the display defective meter was an unbelievable act which was done by your team. After that I made a lot of complaints but till now no solution was received.
you are requested to please intervene in this matter and resolve all my issues. I would be grateful to you. Was this information helpful? |
