Dear Sir,

I have been regularly complaining since the month of July'21 for a wrong bill by mail to [protected]@mpez.co.in, but I did not receive any solution. When I checked the meter reading to raise a complaint to higher authorities I found there was no display showing in the meter then I registered a complaint to [protected] for meter issue on 14/10/21 comp no - 3156705. They did not resolve the issue but sent me again a high amount of wrong bill of Oct'21 month, in which the consumption unit reading noted by your reader 880 units from the display defective meter was an unbelievable act which was done by your team. After that I made a lot of complaints but till now no solution was received.
you are requested to please intervene in this matter and resolve all my issues. I would be grateful to you.

Hello. I understand there may be technical faults. But how does a customer support system work?
By answering. But what to do if no one answers your complaint. There were sparks in my transformer. I tried complaining so many times. But they always closed my complaints. I was in pathetic condition all night. How did I resolve my complaints and closed it. When I was still in problem. Need an answer

IVRS No. -[protected] April month generated electricity bill on date-12/05/2021 showing last reading 1767units taken on date 5/05/2021. It is wrong reading as 1954units consumed on 5/05/21. 2024units consumed on date 12/05/21 which is being uploaded as proof of consumption.

I have been charged a constant bill of 622 units since July 2020, and the bill shows no change in meter reading either. Meter reading is at 22388 according to bill for every month. I'm not going to pay any bill unless this is resolved.

There is no power at my house since last night 1 am, we called to our area power house person he registered the complaint and said by 2 am we will be their and resolve your complaint, and later they called and said our house does not come under their area. Where my bill comes under same zone that is annapurna zone. Shameful activity just and shameful excuses by annapurna zone and we have spent whole night in darkness

Since last 12 days there is no power in semra village near satna. We villagers have no idea what are the concerned authorities doing, since last so many days they have been paying a deaf year to our complaints. Farmers have to suffer heavy loss due to this. Also, there is shortage of water due to the power cut, so many families are suffering, as the cost of alternatives for electricity power is too huge to bear for us villagers.
Authorities are giving lame excuses that due to elections everything has come to hold and therefore they cannot help, but my question is that if the politicians cannot do anything for the welfare of the people then why are they even holding such an esteem position? If still no action is taken, i'll take my complaint to higher authorities, as now i have the record that i tried my best to reach out to the lower authorities but they kept giving the lame excuse. As an advocate i'll take this further to central government also, if required.
We kindly request the concerned authority to fix this matter as soon as possible. Action is the need of the hour.

This case is regarding an unfair accumulation amount of electricity bill charged by mpeb of rs.19080 for the domestic connection.
I was already getting bill of an unfair amount in between rs.3000- rs.6000 per month to which i complained in the mpeb department and asked to change the meter.
They sent the meter for testing in august 2017, result from the test was received 6 months later to which meter was found "ok". (Meter was neither found fast nor slow)
Mpeb ae mr. Ajay singh is justifying this huge amount as accumulation reading for the past years, inspite i have already paid all the bill amounts on time and there is no undue bill.
The amount of bill has now reached to around rs.28000/- with late fee as i am not paying this false bill but i am paying per month consumption amount.

Dear sir main satna j.P road bagha mein rehta hoon mere ghar ke uper se high tension wire gayee hai jo ki mere chhat ko touch kar rahi hai main cm helpline mein complain kiya jiska no hai-1031516 dt.05.06.2015 & 1111960 dt. 25.07.15 but aaj tak koi karwayye nahin hui, jo contrctor ko kaam diya gaya hai (mr. Shrivastav mob-[protected]) wo paise maang raha hai aur bolta hai ki contract khatam ho gaya hai, mere ghar se jude 6 to 7 ghar ke jaan maal ki jawabdari kaun lega, aur bina kaam poora hua mpeb ne contractor ko paisa kyun de diya aur contractor bolta hai ki shifting ka kharcha aap ko hi dena padega main sabhi sambandhit jagah mein application lagaya but koi sunwai nahin ho rahi hai (mahapaur, nagagr nigam, thana, mpeb office ) kripa karke meri samsya ka samadhan karein govt. Officer ( rajesh belwanshi mob-[protected]) bolte hain contractor se milo, contracor bolta hai contrct khatam ho gaya sab ki saanth gaanth hai

this is to inform that the high tension line goin above from the residencial colony of ours (deen dayal nagar, gwalior, m.p.) is a big threat and can cause severe life damage anytime..it is just 2-3 feets away from the houses and have been sparked twice and can be fallen and leadng to severe threat..even after complaining again and again to various authorites it has not been cured thus i urge u all to convey the fastest and easy means to resolve my problem..waiting for a quick response..thanking u in anticipating..sachin tripathi, gh-133, deen dayal nagar, gwalior, m.p. mob-[protected].thanking again.

POWER CUT WITHOUT REASON IN AZAD MARKET AREA BHOPAL
DEAR SIR,
Mpeb is cutting the power in our area (Azad Market Bhopal) from plenty of years from 9.30 to 11.30 and regular suffers to us. From last 10 days they are cutting power on their time at 9.30 am but no time to start the power. When Mpeb taking regular rent from us to giving the power to us, how they can cut it anytime any duration in a day. We are here in the capital of Mp. They only cut the power in some specific areas not all bhopal. All the area members suffered. Please take some actions.

I have been handled poorly by the JE and AE appointed to manage the electricity usage and services for the zone I reside, moreover my family is severely suffering from non up-dation of amount submitted against consumed Units in the form of bill nor receiving monthly consumption bills regularly. thus the survey officer disconnect the power in afternoon as nobody is there to attend him and communicate each time about our case, as the fault is with the system of MPEB but the officer do not accept the mistake even visiting several times with previous submitted bills and receipts.
Talking with them seems bagging for his pity and so his reaction speak loudly in front of people and insulting without remembering the issue consulted several times.
Such behavior leads to shame even when I have paid the entire due, disconnection extract my trustworthiness.
Strict action should be taken by senior authorities to remove such lazy and non-performing staff, and remind them to do the functions with sense and responsibility.
I need strict action, If any body hear me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

employees of madhya paradesh ecectricity board every month give fake bills since 2004 , these people do not check the reading of elctricity meter and give bills which are much higher than actual consumption ob electricity.
my family lives in
salaiya village , near lakshymanpur ,post- maghigawan , rewa
and most of the villagers are illiterate and these people are taking benefit of it.
hence villagers have refused to pay bills. these employees keeps on sending bill and amount is piling up.
and when villagers ask cut off electricity thesse employees ask to pay the bill first which is impossible for poor people.

The bill No. 1724 dated[protected] for the month of Aug., 2010 was very much on the higher side. Theconsumption o[censored]nit for the last 3 months viz. May, June and July stand at 191, 707 and 594 respectively. This month Metre units were shown in the bill as 1157. So I checked the metre today[protected] immediatle on receipt of the bill. It shows a reading less than the reading shown in the bill which cannot be so. So I concluded that the reading has been taken wrongly or has been fed into the comuter wrongly. I request the concerned authorities to check up and reissue a correct bill.
