So I ordered jeans, size 32 inches and guess what it doesn't fit. When I asked for the same product to be exchanged for size 34 inches, they tell me it's not available even though the website shows otherwise!!
Now instead of giving me credit or a refund, they're insisting I order a black jeans which is priced higher, so now I have to pay the difference amount and 100 Rs for delivery exchange. Oh and I'm yet to receive my jeans. Horrible experience...DO NOT BUY from this site, not a great fit. Horrible customer service. Was this information helpful? |
