I bought a pair of jeans at Madish with the number M[protected]. The jeans was I’ll fitting and within 5 min of delivery I requested them for a refund asking them to deduct money for shipping . They say they have a no refund policy and they can adjust only store credit . They said only full priced items have exchange . On their website not one product is full priced they have marked up the prices for everything and they say it’s on discount ! While writing to them they said in the history of Madish they haven’t done a refund ! I do not like any items on their website . They refuse to refund ! Kindl help

I ordered a pair of heels from this brand. The image showed a good quality pair of heels. The product I received was packaged so terribly in a single cloth bag and disfigured the heels. After I contacted the customer service on instagram they said their policy is to charge 45 rupees for picking up the product and will only give me store credit as their policy is same for all returns irrespective of the fact that the product is of bad quality. The customer service refused to even understand the issue even though I provided images. All I was asking was for to be given my money in the original payment method and not force me to shop from them by scamming me with a cheap quality product and then trapping my money in their store credit. The customer service is horrible and not helpful. The quality of product is awful, and they keep telling how many products they've sold and how good feedback they get whereas I'm telling them and showing them how cheap the product is. Really awful brand.

So I ordered jeans, size 32 inches and guess what it doesn't fit. When I asked for the same product to be exchanged for size 34 inches, they tell me it's not available even though the website shows otherwise!!
Now instead of giving me credit or a refund, they're insisting I order a black jeans which is priced higher, so now I have to pay the difference amount and 100 Rs for delivery exchange. Oh and I'm yet to receive my jeans. Horrible experience...DO NOT BUY from this site, not a great fit. Horrible customer service.

So i found this website through instagram. Went on it, liked some clothes. Placed the order and paid through my debit card online.

I did receive an order confirmation email but nothing after. It has been more than 2 weeks now and no sign of them at all. I tried calling them, but they don't pick up and two of their numbers are constantly switched off. I think they are not a legit company. So just do not shop at Madish.

I paid them 5500 rs for 4 items almost 2 months back. They havent reverted back.
Neither the person is responding nor they are delivering the products. They are completely fraud and do not even respond to calls and messages. The owner is a retarded person. I have warned them many times but they just ignored. They just spoil the consumer trust in online websites. I expect a strict action.

The said order has crossed the prior date on which it was said it will reach, which was 10october. It's been 27th October the order hasn't reached . They firm promised the deal of products reaching in 10 days maximum besides that there hasn't been any satisfactory conversation with the seller also, there is no response to complaints on emails or messages on watsap or on their other online portals. The payment in ful was made and since then there is no one available to respond. I have come across other customer aswel with similar grievances. I have attached a copy of the payment made in full to Madish the style bar's account. Also, they have closed their website .
