I ordered a book Order Reference NR-047905 placed on 11/05/2021 at https://www.madrasshoppe.com/. I received only one mail regarding the confirmation but there was no track id or track link or tentative date for order delivery . I contacted through email but there is no response from their team. On 26/05/2021 I received a mail stating that there will be delay in dispatch of Books due to lockdown till 24th May. Now i wanted to cancel the order but there is no link for the same and the given link is also not working. I paid 416 rupee Transaction ID: 248447 through PayUMoney. I contacted again for the same but the responsible person is not giving me reply. Kindly help me to cancel the order and get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
