This book combo was ordered wrongly. Please cancel this order asap.
Wrong item and quality.
In app there is no option for cancellation. I tried with calling no. and email but no reply from company side and they have some policy for cancellation that you can cancel it within 24 hours but I am trying to cancel it before that, it is not.

I have placed an order for a book vide reference cited above.Not delivered the same till date.Tried to contact them over phone/whatsapp.But no response from their side.

I have ordered a product ( a set of books) 3 weeks ago from madras shoppe, an online website for Rs. 639 and no updates or response from their side is received. I have already made the payment and mails and messages have been sent and till now no response received. Kindly do take actions as earliest as possible

The Pre-paid Order has not been shipped in last 9 days. The WhatsApp ane Email ID given in website do not work . The mail is bouncing and chats are not responded. they claimed to ship order in around 4 days

Order placed for purchase of a medical book ( Order no 090965). The order was cancelled as the book was out of stock. After repeated call and WhatsApp company informed that refund process has been initiated. However the payment made through Paytm gateway has not being credited to my account.

I ordered a book named " The Brain That Changes Itself " a week ago and had already paid them Rs 400. I was notified up until ORDER PROCESSED. Since then it has almost been a week or more and the nothing has been updated. When I texted the mobile no. Given in the website, that person told me that my order has been processed. There has been no further follow up msg after he told me he'll reply to confirm.
I'm convinced that I've been scammed and I urgently request you to do the necessary wherein I get the refund back at the least. Many o[censored]s have money problems. Not just them who try to scam people.
Please do facilitate your action that we trust at the earliest.

I have placed the order on 5th Feb 2023 and I have been continuously following on the Madras shoppe whatsapp support, it's more 3 weeks now there is no update on the dispatch of the book, If the stock is not available then why did you accept the payment and order of the book? You should have cancelled it immediately why do you want us to wait for so long? Don't you think it's spoiling your image for not taking responsibility of delivery the product on time?

I have ordered a book through their website with advance payment via paytm. The order was to be delivered in a week but it is not dispatched yet. Tried to reach to the owner through given mobile numbers and emails but no response.

I ordered a book named 'Rocket propulsion and elements" from Madras shoppe on 21st September 2022, paid an amount of Rs. 1795 (online mode) through their website. the book was supposed to be delivered within
7 days but even after lot of enquiry they didn't deliver the book. After over one month they cancelled the order on 16th November, saying it was not available and out of stock. In their mail they apologized for the cancellation and promised to refund the prepaid amount of 1795. But still as of today i.e 31st December I haven't received the prepaid money for the book.
Its been over 3 months now, neither did i get the book nor did i get back the paid amount.

I ordered a book Order Reference NR-070955 - placed on 03/07/2022 at https://www.madrasshoppe.com/. I received only one mail regarding the confirmation but there was no track id or track link or tentative date for order delivery . I contacted through call, email and customer support but there is no response from their team. At 05/07/2022 i received a mail stating that the book is out of stock but while ordering there was no such thing mentioned. Now i wanted to cancel the order but there is no link for the same and the given link is also not working. I paid 393 rupee Reference:[CICAgOD_-9XLYQprotected] through Gpay. I contacted again for the same but the responsible person is cutting my call. Kindly help me to cancel the order and get my money back.

Madras shoppe took rs 1799/-for my order. Didnt didpatch my order or didnt refund my money. They send message through no-[protected]

I Dr. Mukul Deshpande ordered from madrasshoppe. Com on 30/05/2022. Didn't receive the order nor the acknowledgement. Kindly look into this matter.

Please report and take down this site.
It is fraudulent.It duped me to the extent of Rs 1200.
Please register a complaint and get our money refunded.
So that other people dont call prem to it again

I had placed an order for ACS (I) textbook of cutaneous and aesthetic surgery on www.madrasshoppe.com on 14/02/2022 at 5:35 pm costing 7495/-. After making the payment, i got a confirmation email, but since then there is no further update about the order. They do not reply to email or messages sent on website and never pick up the phone ([protected]/[protected]). There is no option to cancel the order on their website.

Also note, the scattered positive reviews on the forum are probably posted by the merchant himself as there is more than one such reviews with same name.

Only one book received and second book not received and company not responding to emails

I ordered two books but only one book delivered and company not responding to emails about delivery of second book

I ordered atomic habits 26/10/2021 they still dont dispatch my order and 24Hours complete I still dont recive any email from madrasshoppe my order id NR-058024 please help

Ordered 3 books from them in August, received 2 of the books after 2 months and multiple emails. Still waiting for the third book to be delivered.

Literally zero customer support.
1. The website does not list any contact number
2. The store address is (Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India). No building number, no street name, not even a pincode.
3. They just have a single email address for contact ([protected]@madrasshoppe.com), which is just a blackhole that never responds to your queries.

If you do decide to order even after all this, opt for COD and don't pay online like I did.

I ordered book in mid of Aug 2021 it got cancelled by MADRAS SHOPPE team due to less stock but refund is not done yet even i sent lot of follow up email now a days they are not responding to my email too.

I have called and texted the number they provided me but nobody responded. Even the mail that i sent went unanswered. I have been checking their website everyday but nothing new.
