I had purchased a product from the online store of madrasvape.com on june 18, 2019. Till date (July3, 2019) the product has not been shipped. The number mentioned on their website keeps getting disconnected and no one picks the phone. I have sent couple of mails and no one responds to mail either. The total amount paid to them was rs 4597/- which included rs 99 for expidited shipping. They keep sending sms that it is getting delayed but never sent the product or sent a refund.
