I paid the website in full for a order i placed on 20th of august and according to their policy my product should have started shipping by now i played extra rs.399 for faster delivery but there is no response even in mail nor phone. After reading so many reviews online it seems like this website is a fraud. I tried calling the customer care for more than 20 times but there is no response and when mailed i recieve a automated response mail...

I have made a purchase of rs/- 8299 on madrasvape.com on 21st june 2019 which included rs/- 99 for expedite shipping. Until 28th there was no status update on the order i requested them either to let me know the status or refund my money. They guaranteed me that by monday there will be update on the order on monday 1 july 2019 to a call i made they said due to some issues with courier the shipping has been returned....

I had purchased a product from the online store of madrasvape.com on june 18, 2019. Till date (July3, 2019) the product has not been shipped. The number mentioned on their website keeps getting disconnected and no one picks the phone. I have sent couple of mails and no one responds to mail either. The total amount paid to them was rs 4597/- which included rs 99 for expidited shipping. They keep sending sms that it is getting delayed but never...
