Completed my graduation for 3 year course in Bsc hotel management catering and science

I called up so many times and mailed in the university number but noone is replying and no even providing the information to me. I provide my registered numbers at the time of admisson but as if now they not functioning, so my humble request to university kindly provide my degree information through mail.
Right now, i am out of india so my numbers will not be functioning please provide me the desired date for collection also just need to know about the degree collection can be done by my family member or else can you send me on my appropriate address.
