I have been graduated from mku, recently i have contacted the university regarding my certificate verification, i have tried to contact them through phone, but none of the lines are working, if the pick the call also they are shutting the call without any response or they put the phone in switch off mode, so many students and other needed people are suffering by this issue, i am unable to go to the university by person due to some personal reason, so, kindly consider this request and take necessary steps. They are maintaining 30 extension lines for no use.

My Attached Degree transcripts have been send to WES Canada, but your team last validation is pending for the last 9 months or so. Please check and do the needfull.
