Madurai Kamaraj University — Can't able to get Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marksheet

Hi All,
I have completed MCA via distance education in MKU on Nov 2020.But I didn't receive Consolidated marksheet and Provisional Certificate...Its too urgent for my professional process... In University they won't tell any Proper answer... Please try to understand my situation and Rectify it as soon as possible.. I have attached my Course completion certificate here.
