Dear Sir/Madam, I have completed MCA from MKU in year 2013. Register no: B044010, Center No: 44. I have applied for degree certificate but not received my degree certificate till now. SBCollect reference Number : DU54776502. I am getting same answer for past 2 months when I contact Certificate department of MKU, the answer is “You can get Degree certificate within 10 days” but after that I came to know they not yet start a single process on my degree certificate. So kindly help me.
