Eswarisaravanan's response I have second year term fee full settled but centre will not give the books and I will not continued study so I have returned my money please I will get money

Hi i have recently attended the BCA 2nd year exams on december 2016. My registration no is 16MS[protected]. When i try to verify the results it is returning error as registration no not exists when i called to university also they are not attempting calls and if they attempt also not replying properly what i need to for this
