Madurai Kamaraj University — even thought i have paid tatkal fees, after 45 days yet not received migration certificate

I am priti devshibhai sadaria, i applied for migration certificate my application has been send by speed post on 10th august 2018, even after continuous follow up they are not providing the status of my application every time i contact them either they put my call on hold, transferred it to some other extension or they say to call next week and this is going on since last almost 40 days. Nobody is ready to communicate i am contacting at - [protected] (Ext. 220, 220, 266, 299). As i need migration certificate urgently, i have paid tatkal fees rs. 1800/- which is mentioned in their migration application form.

I have completed my degree in November 2019 . Till December 2021 i didn't get my 3rd year marksheet/ consolidated statement of marks. So i went ro the university and applied for the consolidated statement of marks and got it. And on that day itself i applied for my provisional degree certificate but they were so arrogant that they won't issue it on that day itself. But while waiting for the procedures, some students came with an agent and they got their consolidated statement of marks and provisional degree certificate by hand without any delay and without filling any application forms or paying fees. They paid the agent. Till date[protected] i haven't rec6my provisional degree certificate. Whenever i try to contact the university they don't answer the calls .
