Madurai Kamaraj University — how to get my completion certificate

Hi! Am thangapandi. S. My roll number -14at[protected], i cleared all the 1 year and 2nd papers with all practicals. I received only 1year resut soft copy, 2nd year am not receive any hard copy. I complete the cource at 2017, for convocation and others i paid the money through online. After few days later for my personnel issue, i forgot all the things.
So now how can i proceed further to get my certitificate.
