Madurai Kamaraj University — MA final year marksheet not received

I have completed my ma economics from madurai kamraj university through distance in 2017 and i didn't recieve my ma final year marksheet, course completion certificate and provisional certificate. My study centre is bidar. Several times i contacted with study centre. They have not any solution of my problem and said direcly contact to university. I have also lodged my complent on grevience portal on official website of madurai kamraj univeristy. And reply not recieved yet. My enrollment number is 16cs[protected], name krishnavir singh.
