Madurai Kamaraj University — no response from university after repeated mails

I have applied for a duplicate degree certificate 6 moths ago for a course which i completed in year 2012. I have completed all the paper work and payment required for the procedure. But still i have not received a single reply regarding the same..
I am clueless what more needs to b done to get my duplicate degree certificate from university. Nobody answers telephone also when i call them up to inquire about the same. I do not know whom should i call and inquire about the same... Awaiting reply for the same
