Madurai Kamaraj University — Not received any provision, course completion and degree certificate

I have done my post-graduation in English Language in year 2016/17 against registration no.. 16CS[protected]. A period of almost 5 years have passed but to my surprise I have not recieved my following documents
No.1:- Detail Marksheet of 2nd year
No. 2:- Degree on the subject in question.
In the absence of proof of having completed my Degree I am unable to shine my professional carrier. My future is dwindling in dark.
no response has been recieved from the uni. of even after 20 days has been elapsed.. Some no. o[censored]niversities are not reachable, some are busy, we are trying our best to contact them. but they are not responding for my emails, ph calls etc... i will be thakful if somebody help me as soon as possible...
