Madurai Kamaraj University — Regarding Degree & Marksheets of MA English from Madurai Kamaraj University through Distance Education

Respected Sir/ Madam
I have done my post-graduation in English Language in 2016/17 against registration no.. 16CS[protected] from Madhurai Kamraj University through distance education. A period of almost 5 years have passed but i yet not received my following documents:
Detail Marksheet of 2nd year
Degree on the subject in question.
We have been trying to contact Madhurai Kamraj University through email and contact no. given on their website. But there is no reply to our email and no one is available on the contact no given on the website. we have no way to contact them and we further don't know the procedure to apply for the required documents. The Institute named Universal Educations, Leela Bhawan, Patiala, which was serving as a centre for distance education from where i have done my post graduation is closed.
In the absence of proof of having completed my Degree. I am unable to apply anywhere. It is our earnest request to help us contact the university or let us know what step/ procedure should be taken to receive the documents at the earliest..
