Madurai Kamaraj University — this is the third time my result is not given it's showing record not found

My enrollment no is 15cs[protected] for the course of b. A.in economics and i have done my examination great but this is the third time i have not got my result always i tried to check my result it's showing record not found. Due to this my 3year wasted only for the one subject of hindi paper. Kindly solved my problem or this time i'll file an rti against this university.
