Madurai Kamraj University — MA Sociology course completion certificate not received

I have been passed the MA sociology degree through DDE in April2018 and got the provisional degree certificate also.My reg no.is 17AS[protected] and centre code is 762. But I didn't get the course completion certificate till the date.Due to this i am not in a position to apply for the Final degree certificate.Kindly do the needful
