Order placed on 12 aug 2017. Their commitment is to dispatch the ordered items within 3 to 7 working days. However, after 16 days already gone, online order status of my order showing "in progress". After repeated follow ups through e-mail to their customer care department, they are niether given any reply to my mails nor executed the order.
