This is a website in cochin from whom i regularly order dvd. My order 200073 was cancelled by the company due to availability problems and on october 26 they sent me a mail that the amount of ₹. 583 is being credited to my credit card account. There is no sign of the refund.
Now all efforts to contact them are in vain. The mails to the address given bounce. All phone numbers listed have a message saying number is not right. The address...

Order placed on 7th sep 2017. Their commitment is to dispatch the ordered items within 3 to 7 working days. However, after 30 days already gone, online order status of my order showing "in progress". After repeated follow ups through e-mail to their customer care department, they are niether given any reply to my mails nor executed the order.

I need the item to be dispatched asap.
